Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for choosing GoldStandard Certifications for your professional training needs. We are committed to providing a high-quality and seamless learning experience across all our programs, including instructor-led online and classroom training.

This policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling. By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Instructor-Led Live Online Training

2.1 Participant Cancellation & Refund Policy

Participants may request cancellations and refunds as per the following terms:

  • More than 7 days before the training start date: → Eligible for 80% refund
  • 3–6 days before the training start date: → Eligible for 50% refund
  • Less than 72 hours before the training start date: → Eligible for 25% refund
  • Within 48 hours of the training start date or after training begins: → No refund will be issued

Note: Participants must not have attended any portion of the training to be eligible for a refund.

2.2 Rescheduling Policy
  • Participants may request to reschedule their training to a future batch at no additional cost if the request is made at least 48 hours before the training start date.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • Once a participant has been rescheduled, the registration will be considered utilized and will not be eligible for a refund.
2.3 Cancellation by the Organization

GoldStandard Certifications Private Limited reserves the right to postpone or cancel a training session due to:

  • Insufficient enrollment
  • Instructor unavailability
  • Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure)

In such cases, participants will be offered:

  • A full refund (100%), OR
  • The option to attend a future session at no additional cost

3. Instructor-Led Classroom Training

3.1 Participant Cancellation & Refund Policy

Participants may request cancellations and refunds as per the following terms:

  • More than 7 days before the training start date: → Eligible for 80% refund

  • Less than 72 hours before the training start date: → Eligible for 25% refund
  • Within 48 hours of training start date or after training begins: → No refund will be issued

3.2 Rescheduling Policy
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the training start date.
  • Subject to availability.
  • Once rescheduled, refunds will not be applicable.
3.3 Cancellation by the Organization

If a classroom training session is cancelled or rescheduled by the organization, participants will receive:

  • A full refund (100%), OR
  • The option to attend a future session at no additional cost

4. Self-Paced Learning Programs

4.1 Refund Eligibility
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase
  • Course access must not be significantly utilized
4.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The request is made after 48 hours
  • A substantial portion of the course content has been accessed

5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment

  • All requests must be submitted via email to support@goldstandardcertifications.com
  • No refunds will be issued once a participant has attended any portion of the training
  • All requests are reviewed and handled in a fair and transparent manner
