As with any online transaction, certain terms and conditions govern our Refund Policy. By purchasing a course through the Gold Standard Certifications website, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Rescheduling Policy, Refund Policy, and the following conditions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Instructor-Led Live Online Training

Gold Standard Certifications reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event or change it due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political instability).

Participant Cancellations:

Must not have attended any classes to be eligible for a refund.

If cancelled 20 days or more before the event, 25% of the total fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

If cancelled within 20 days of the event, no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling:

Once a participant opts to reschedule, they forfeit eligibility for cancellations or refunds.

Event Cancellations by Gold Standard Certifications:

If an event is cancelled indefinitely, participants will receive a 100% refund.

Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 21 business days.
