Rescheduling Policy


1. Overview

At GoldStandard Certifications, we understand that schedules may change. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for rescheduling training programs, ensuring flexibility while maintaining operational efficiency.

By enrolling in our courses, you agree to this Rescheduling Policy.

2. Rescheduling by the Organization

If GoldStandard Certifications reschedules a training session due to:

  • Insufficient enrollment
  • Instructor unavailability
  • Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure)

Participants will have the option to:

  • Attend the rescheduled session, OR
  • Transfer to any future batch at no additional cost, subject to availability

3. Participant-Initiated Rescheduling

Participants may request to reschedule their enrollment to a future batch under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the training start date
  • Rescheduling is subject to seat availability
  • Rescheduling is provided at no additional cost

4. Impact on Refund Eligibility

  • Once a participant has been successfully rescheduled, the registration will be considered utilized
  • Refund requests will not be applicable after rescheduling

5. Participant Substitution

  • If a participant is unable to attend, they may nominate a replacement
  • The request must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the training start date
  • The substitute participant must meet the course prerequisites (if applicable)

6. Important Notes

  • All rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]
  • Requests are handled in a fair and timely manner
  • Approval of rescheduling requests is subject to compliance with the above terms
