Rescheduling Policy


As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Rescheduling Policy. When you buy a course on the Gold Standard Certifications website you agree to our Rescheduling Policy and the points below.

In case Gold Standard Certifications reschedules the training event, the options available to the participants are:

The participant would have the privilege of rescheduling and attending a class in future at his/her convenience or can attend any batch as per the dates specified in the published scheduled at no additional cost.

Whereas, if for some unforeseen reasons, a participant wishes to reschedule his/her registration to a future date,

Rescheduling request must be made 7 days (or more) prior to the event.

Please note that rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats.

Changing the schedule will result in disqualification from receiving refunds and Cancellations.

The participant, if wishes to, can send his/her replacement. However, this should be intimated to Gold Standard Certifications at least 3 days ahead of the event date.
