To reinforce our commitment to learner outcomes, we offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee for our live instructor-led training programs, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Applicability

  • This guarantee applies only to live instructor-led PMP® training programs (online or classroom)
  • This guarantee is not applicable to self-paced or recorded learning programs

3. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee, participants must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Attend 100% of the training program (all 4 days are mandatory)
  • Actively participate in all training sessions
  • Complete all assigned course activities, including mock tests and practice exercises
  • Attempt the PMP® certification exam within 30 days of completing the training
  • Attempt the PMP® certification exam up to three (3) times
  • Provide valid proof of all exam attempts and results

4. Guarantee Applicability

Participants who meet all eligibility criteria and:

  • Do not pass the PMP® certification exam after three (3) attempts

Will be eligible for:

  • A 100% refund of the training fee

5. Request Process

To request a refund under this guarantee, participants must:

  • Submit a request via email to support@goldstandardcertifications.com
  • Include:
    • Proof of full training attendance
    • Proof of all three exam attempts and results
  • Submit the request within 7 days of the final exam attempt

6. Non-Eligible Cases

The Money-Back Guarantee will not apply if:

  • The participant did not attend all 4 days of training
  • The participant did not attempt the exam three times
  • The exam was not attempted within the recommended timeframe
  • Required course activities were not completed
  • The request is submitted beyond the specified timeline
  • The training enrolled was self-paced or non-instructor-led

7. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment

  • GoldStandard Certifications reserves the right to verify all submitted documentation before processing refunds
