Customer Complaint Handling Process

Step 1: Submission & Acknowledgment

All customer concerns are acknowledged within 24 – 48 business hours of receipt

Step 2: Review & Assessment
  • Our support team reviews the concern
  • If required, the issue is discussed with the relevant team (trainer, support, or operations)
Step 3: Resolution

A response or resolution is provided within 3–5 business days

Step 4: Escalation

If the issue is not resolved satisfactorily, it will be escalated to management for further review

Step 5: Closure

Once resolved, confirmation is shared and the case is formally closed and documented for quality and continuous improvement
